Emergency foster needed by tomorrow for this poor baby that someone tied to a bike rack at a south side Wal-Mart in OKC. He is an unaltered male, pretty skinny, not sure of age. He had been tied to the bike rack for 5 hours before Malissa West came to his rescue! The kind ladies at Wal-Mart had given him some water and treats and are just overcome with emotion, so thankful he wont be stuck there overnight. Malissa found someone to take him for the night, but we need something set up by tomorrow. He does have rabies tags, but it is doubtful that they are tied to the owners that dumped him, although people can be pretty stupid, you would assume they would take the tags off first but who knows! Anyone have any ideas on who could help with this little sweetie. I am not sure of his size either, I know he isnt as small as he looks in the pic.
