Emerging from the Veils of Maya : New Song and Focus for the Winter Solstice Initiations In the weeks preceding the winter solstice, we tend to experience greater spiritual challenges and initiations. Sometimes, things get so intense we cannot be certain of the outcome. In the first Keepers of the Flame lesson, we are told that constancy on the spiritual path is the most important virtue a spiritual seeker can develop. No one can succeed, we read, who has not a fixed and resolute purpose in his mind and an unwavering faith that he can accomplish his purpose. The new song video, Highway Back to God, is about perseverance and one-pointedness, as we travel through and emerge from the veils of Maya. They called on all people, irrespective of gender, faith and culture, to work together to eradicate human trafficking and all other forms of slavery from the face of the earth by 2020.
