This is the deceit that was perpetuated by EM GCT in his attempts to bring Singapore towards a highfalutin goal of attaining the ‘Swiss Standard of Living’. It fell flat for the entire Singapore population, as it left Singapore carrying the burden of a ‘SWISS COST OF LIVING’ without even attaining any ‘SWISS Standard of Living’ that remained elusive. The only Singaporean enjoying the ‘Swiss Standard of Living’ are the PAP Ministers and the Civil Service – which the PAP had to depend on for support, as the PAP LEEdership insist on paying themselves their demanded ‘MINIMUM WAGES’ of ‘OVER A MILLION DOLLARS PER MINISTER PER YEAR’ – and the Civil Servants wages are setting the wage levels in the private sector. Now GCT is talking about Singapore being a ‘GLOBAL CITY’ – when his PAP is still mired in ‘THIRD WORLD POLITICS’ that is no better than that of North Korea and Zimbabwe – gerrymandering the Electoral Process to fix an election victory and dominate Parliament despite getting only slight half of the electoral votes. ‘Global City’ ? This is another PAP ploy to ‘MANAGE PERCEPTIONS’ and distract Singaporeans from the daily grind and difficulties encountered due to the PAP failed policies that serve the PAP agenda more than benefiting the interests of any Singaporean. GCT should look at his PAP – if its practices, politics and policies resemble any Political Party in any country that adopt Global Standards – that protect the Citizens’ Rights to Transparent Politics, Free Press, Independent Judiciary, Transparent Legal Process that allow the Law Society to fulfill its role as spelled out in the Singapore Constitution, Accountable Government, and the termination of all arbitrary abuse of political power to accuse ordinary citizens without any evidence or formal charges, and to incarcerate the citizens without any further independent reviews by a body of independent citizens free from political interference by the ruling party. GCT and his PAP can hardly match the standards of a Global City, and he attempt to demand Singaporean to strive to bring Singapore to such a dubious standard as dictated by the PAP. Wake up Singapore before the ‘DUPLICITY and HYPOCRISY’ of the PAP bankrupt our wallets, bank accounts, CPF Savings, and the National Reserves.
