Emilio: This is what i think the Mets would look like based on Rumors & Trades: 1. 2B Eric Young Jr 2. 1B Daniel Murphy 3. 3B David Wright 4. RF Nelson Cruz 5. LF Curtis Granderson 6. SS Jhonny Peralta 7. C Travis DArnaud 8. CF Juan Lagares 9. SP Zack Wheeler, Jon Neise, Dillion Gee, Jenrry Mejia, Rafael Montero Bench: Justin Turner, Lucas Duda, Wil Tovar, Wilmar Flores, Juan Centeno, Bullpen: Parnell/Black/Familia/GermenG/Hawkins/Torres/Jack Leathersich Come June, Noah Syndergaard will make his debut, sending Jenrry to the pullpen. At some point you will have to figure out what to do with Jacob degrom as too where he would fit in the rotation and Harveys return in 2015. Notice i have Ike Davis out of the roster, that is because him and Ruben will most likely be traded come Spring Training, most likely for Major League ready prospects from Triple-A or Double-A. Another player that could be trade bait come mid-season is Lucas Duda, which will open up the window for Cesar Puellos debut in Queens. As for Cap.Krik & Josh Satin, they will be in Triple-A and called up if an injury were too take place, but consider this a Make or Break season for them. Come Sept, IF the mets were to be in the Wild Card hunt, that would be great, but most of there Top 20 prospects wont be ready until 2016 at the most. Look out for the names of Cory Mazzoni or Brandon Nimmo to be talked about this summer as well. IF Granderson, Jhonny, & Cruz does not get signed, Expect Puello, Satin, & Cap.Krik to make the team coming out of Spring Training. Another thing to consider is when Harvey returns, degrom debuts in June of 2015 (if not traded), Montero bursting into the Scene this year with Noah.S, the future of Gee & Neise will be up in the air come 2015 as Mejia will most likely be sent to the bullpen, the same goes to Hefner weather or not the Mets decide to keep him around.
