Emirates SkyCargo awards facility management contract to Cofely ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UAE based Emirates Sky-cargo has awarded a two year contract to Cofely Besix Airports and Logistics Services to provide facility management services at the Cargo Mega Terminal in Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai. Al Maktoum International Airport Under the deal, Cofely Besix Airports and Logistics Services will provide services at the terminal which covers an area of 43.600m². The terminal has the annual capacity to process 1.2 million tonnes of cargo, and is equipped with 24-hour initial Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) setup. The scope of the deal also involves managing all Mechanical and Electrical Plumbing (MEP) operations, HVAC and minor civil works at the facility.
