Emma Cleft Palate Chihuahua 24 mins · Just a really quick minute with 4.5 month old Ruby - 2 days post op, following amputation of her rear left leg. Ruby is an Imperial Shih Tzu, born with no hip sockets or knee joints. With intensive therapy, Ruby has been able to develop faux joints in the right hip and knee - experiencing nearly normal function. We were unsuccessful with similar progress in the left - but she is coming along beautifully as a new tri-pawd. *I couldnt keep her far enough away from my feet long enough to get any decent video - but shes definitely on the move* We are currently accepting adoption applications to get her into her new family once she is fully recovered.
