Emotional day coming to a close..as I laced up my shoes this morning & headed to the walkathon my worries as i was afraid of turn out ..due to chilly mornin as I was stretching I looked up an there thoz blue skies were coming thru..cars started pulling in my school family & friends pulled up..we ended up with 34-36 walkers, joggers!! Smiles ..hugs..joy on faces..& Hittin that pavement with my son joining me..remarkable dayyy... The importance of coming together for yur community is so vital I saw it today..it wasnt about medals or time limit it was about coming together and pounding it for our families in our-Elwood Community!! Im very proud to be a Elwood Panther & so proud of our team they definitely laid their heart out there today..love you all ..Amen Hemi #HeartFullofPride!!!!
