Emotions are natural God gave them to us they release and receive things that help us become who we are ....we sometimes look at emotions as bad but God put them in us He teaches us to control them to many times we are condemning our emotions and trying to shove them away numbness isnt Gods will for us. I do think that healthy emotions comes with healthy mindsets cause its the thoughts that lead to emotions let God renew your mind so your thoughts will lead to healthy emotions so your emotions will be a blessing not a stumbling block.
