Empathy & compassion go a long way !!! Actually HEARING ( you can listen, but not actually hear ) someones words & feelings can make such a difference. It doesnt take alot to reach out to someone who is suffering & in need of support , & I have seen this first hand as I travel through the dark days... Words spoken from the heart , from a place of caring ,understanding & honest truth ( as opposed to half truths or personal opinion ) , shine brighter than any love & light / love yourself/ everything happens for a reason Hallmark moments. Not everyone resides in a world of sunshine & butterflies , holidays & candy cane idealised visions of the perfect life. To those whom only wish to see the good things , the days where all is wonderful... sorry to dissapoint & bring your wall down with the realities of what life means for those of us surviving the day to day as best we can... YOU can always remove yourself if harsh realities , honest emotion & real world , unstylised FB personas are not your bag baby. You get the real shit here... like it or not !
