A good working knowledge of the Moon Phases and why they are important to understand to help you find your flow on a day to day bases, recognize your weaknesses and find tools to deal with them. A despacho is a wonderful way of learning to bring what you need to release to the surface in a ceremonial way and our final ceremony on the beach helping you release all that is no longer needed so you can move on with Self Empowerment with anything holding you back. There will be lots of bonding with Nature with both the forest and the sea. WE ask that you all bring a a scarf and wear comfortable clothes as we will be in nature and on the beach during the day.
