Enable GOD MODE in WINDOWS 8 : Earlier, GodMode was available in Windows 7 and now it is a part of Windows 8 as well. A lot of Windows 7 users were surprised to know that there is a single collection of all the hidden settings. GodMode is a folder which contains many settings and customizations of Windows 7 all in one place. These are hidden settings of Windows 7 and Microsoft never explained about this GodMode before. It was revealed by CNet’s Microsoft Correspondent, Ina Fried. The GodMode folder is very easy to create both in Windows 7 and Windows 8. As we know, Windows 8 is quite similar to Windows 7. In fact, we say that Windows 8 is based on Windows 7 so a majority of their features are alike. We can enable Windows 8 GodMode by following some simple steps. Here is the step by step guide on how to create GodMode in Windows 8. 1. Right click on the empty area of your Desktop and from the resulting context menu go to New then Folder. In short, you need to create a New Folder on the Desktop. 2. Now, right-click on the newly created folder and select the rename option and enter the following GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} 3. Renaming the folder with the above code will automatically change it to GodMode and allow you to access all the hidden settings of Windows 8. 4.
