@ Enchanted Dental Care and any others who are interested This is a quick video of basically how I do my chocolate covered cherries. There are a few differences, however; I use almond bark instead of chocolate, I use the filling from the chocolate covered cherry recipe found in The Better Homes and Garden Cook Book, and this year I am currently in search of a recipe to do my own icing for the red cherries and leaves. (Since it is a chocolate icing as well it gets as hard as the chocolate shell. So, if anyone has a recipe they want to share, please let me know.) Links: bhg/recipe/candy/chocolate-covered-cherries/ *I usually have to double the recipe. I add anywhere between 1/8th to 1/4 cup of the cherry juice to my filling. I always use just a little less than what I want because the osmosis process can leave the filling to runny and decreasing the shell integrity. https://youtube/watch?v=rx6fltG582w
