Encouragement is good, motivation is good. Often times the wrong push and motivation can discourage someone. If youre encouraging and motivating people do it with a spirit of humbleness, humility, willingness to help, and a spirit of excellence to excel in whatever area The Lord is prompting you to help someone. Always know there is a right and a wrong way to encourage as well as motivate people. Dont allow your good to be evil spoken of.
