I am thankful for the amazing people I encounter on the GSC page - JJ, our great moderators and the dedicated people that come on here every day to encourage us in our journey to being healthy. Have you ever been so discouraged that you didnt know where to turn...who to ask for help? Discouraged about your up and down weight or weight that has mostly been up? Or have you been discouraged every time you walk out of the doctors office after hearing your blood pressure, cholesterol or weight results? Everyone needs encouragement in their lives. Hearing those words You can do it! or We are here for you! is like cool water on burning skin. It makes you want to weep for joy to know that someone...SOMEONE believes in you. Well, we believe in you. We love you and we want you to be healthy. Even if you dont believe in you, WE believe in you! You dont ever have to feel discouraged. Just come on the GSC page where you have 95K family members waiting to water your soul and watch you grow. Have an encouraging day my wonderful Fam!
