End of Movember! There are some fresh faces around Oakgrove today now that the hairy Mos are gone. It was a fun month, rounded off with a fantastic Mo Party (aka Lifting Day), where between us we lifted a grand total of 311,145kg, and raised €781.54 so far for the Irish Cancer Society through Movember in the process. It was a fantastic event to be a part of, everyone got behind the event and did some serious lifting! It was a team effort but special mention to Ger Fitzgibbon who lifted over 50,000kg by himself, and Norma Foley who lifted most for the ladies, over 12,000kg. Huge totals, reflecting the fantastic effort put in by everyone on the day. A BIG BIG thank you to everyone who took part, lifted and fundraised! The donations box will remain on the front reception desk for the rest of this week for any other donations...
