Ending to the baseball tournament week: Max was chosen by the opposing team as MVP after a win yesterday morning, but later yesterday lost to another team ending their tournament. Max was also asked to give up his MVP medal since last weeks tournament he was also picked by the opposing team as MVP. Seriously disappointed in the Coachs decision as it was a different tournament and not his position to take away what was given by the other team. But... Max showed great sportsmanship in handing it over. Troys team did an outstanding job this week, and today could have been one of the most exciting games Ive seen this season. We went up against an undefeated team and never let down, impressive for our boys that play their absolute worse in the early morning hours. Neither team scored during our 6 innings played, after which it was decided to kick in the California Rule (start the 7th with one out and one runner on second). Lost by a run, while there was disappointment we were all very proud of our boys!
