Endurance WOD at 9am. Remember this is NOT open gym. If no one is available for an open gym it will be closed as soon as the workout is over. To try to entice some of the anti runners out there we will begin to throw some other stuff in the mix to spice it up. It will be outside in its entirety so dress appropriately. The WOD: **We will be flipping tires so gloves might also be helpful totally a preference thing. Choosing the appropriate weighted tire, flip in a smooth, fluid, continuous manner. We will be looping the building. Each person will have their own tire. Each time you break or have to stop, you will leave your tire where it is and run a 100 meter sprint and then return once finished. It will be 2 rounds of 10 mins each. In between the rounds as a break lol we will do a tabata of wall planks. Yes, planks with feet on the wall. This workout is longer and designed to keep the heart rate up. It is NOT about strength... tire weights wont be ones that will attempt to max you out acter one set etc. Consider coming.. gonna be a fun one.
