Endurance training + purium: I did an experiment: I ran 135 miles during the 10-day cleanse. I expected to drag, but instead, I felt great. I lost a few lbs, but nothing noticeable. Biggest effects: 1. I went from a diet of 80% candy/sugar to 0% and I feel so much better. 2. Normally, at 100 mi per week I walk like Frankenstein when I get up in the morning - stiff and swollen ankles - and my feet swell during the day. This time, even Ikaika noticed - there was zero inflammation. Nothing hurts, and I hop out of bed feeling fine and dying to run. I figured it was a one-time experiment, but in the end, I ordered another round.
