Enduring and prospering spiritually from the testing of our faith. - TopicsExpress

Enduring and prospering spiritually from the testing of our faith. When we are offended, we are tested to remain as spritually mature believers. The test come in many forms, Do we become bitter or vindictive and vent your wrath to anyone who will listen? The test, do we take vengeance or seek to vindicate our sullied name or honor? Do we you threaten to sue? Or fall into worry or self-pity? Indeed not! This is war people!! The wonderful thing hear is God knows we learn from our failures, As a sons and daughters of the LIVING God, possessing the Spiritual life that sustained the Lord Jesus Christ, we were never intended to behave as unbelievers do, or as believers behave in carnality! (1Co 3:1-3) But if you allow these tests to lure us into a pattern of sin nature, as we react in our flesh, we miss our opportunity! Yes, i am speaking from experience! Acting act like a Spiritual peasant does not advance us spiritually, It can embarrass us, and in effect, stain our witness. Failing test are part of the procedure, but the consequences often result in a failure to advance at this particular stage of our Spiritual life. No testing of the growing believer ever comes as an accident. (1Co 10:13) GETTING OVER IT! For example, something I recently went through, has inspired me to share this, Im over it, i confessed it, I examined myself, I admit, I failed, Now I am ready to stand, because I am a child of God, covered by the blood of the new covenant. >>> What usually happens to believers, If we (when) we are treated wrongly, Know this! God has a purpose in it! He has a reason for bringing pressure into our life. His objective is to accelerate our growth and capacity for more lovingkindness and Truth! (Psa 108:4; Psa 57:3) When a (church) (Job) (Friend)implies that we have failed, we as BELIEVERS have an occasion to advance that does not exist under conditions of success. We can always learn from our failures; rarely do we learn from our successes. At one time or another everyone fails or is considered a failure! But it is our attitude in failure that determines our mettle, not our attitude in success mode! (HAVING THE JOY OF THE LORD IN TRIALS) Anyone can conduct himself with dignity and poise under agreeable circumstances, but when difficulties abound; then a person’s true Spiritual growth is illuminated. What we really are is what we DO under pressure! My prayer, Father God make us doers of the word, to wlk in the spirit, slow to anger, slow to speak, To recognize these test and GLORIFY YOU!!!!! In Jesus mighty name we pray!! AMEN! Gracebookers! Get that rock under your feet today. The mind of Christ!
