Energy and energetic lifters in action tonight at LeAF.Over twenty in on Wednesday--usually quieter. Lucy Rayner training around an blistered hand hit a pb of 102.5kg.Megan Bachelor squatted for form and then benched a similar routine up to 80 and ten reps at 65.Susie,Farris ,Jack S and Megan D did an easy pre squad session but some pushed hard anyway.Sha back up to 145kg squat in kit. And benched equipped as well .Tried flat shoes for squat which worked rather well. Rosie,Owen,Steve and Alistair Deadlifted ten sets of two reps. First five deficit. Second five off 18mm blocks. Videos up but went to 152.5/272.5/255/220 respectively .Kevin worked bench and did cleans. Frankie,Jenny and Bobbie -Louise Deadlifted,benched and completed a simple routine in style. Laura and Antonia benched with others strict protocol .Matt G is getting more comfortable in suits .lol.Hit 280/290 squat and 190 bench .
