Energy is contagious! I hope youre not tired of me saying that, but I believe its something that must be repeated frequently...just in case we forget. Have you ever been to the DMV? Talk about negative energy! LOL! Everyone is fussy and grumpy. Geez. It takes a lot of effort to not be affected by it. To contrast the DMV, I recently teamed up with Yoga4Hire to create and implement a corporate wellness challenge with Oakley. Talk about AMAZING energy! From the second I walked into the headquarters here in Foothill Ranch, I could feel the positive vibe from everyone around. There really is a physical sensation to energy even though its invisible. Thats why Im always telling you to get rid of the Debbie Downers in your life! Why waste your energy on somebody who doesnt lift you up??? Its hard enough trying to stay focused as it is.
