The Peruvian producer has made a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT for attempted fraud against the managers of the Korean artist, that is to say against the company PARK JUNG MIN INC (the complaint is not against the artist Park Jung Min, but against the company where he works, a company guided/led by those managers). This complaint is directed to manager Lee Wei Ting and director manager, Ko Sungha. According to Kdreams, the Peruvian production made the payment of 100% of the show 2 months ago, and also the purchase of 501 albums of the artist, where the violation of the contract would be from the manager side, who would cancel the show because the full payments were not made for the shows in Costa Rica, Mexico and Boluvia. Kdreams ensures that they are not responsible for the problems of fraud in the other countries, as they are solely responsible for Lima. Currently, Park Jung Min`s staff and manager are in Lima as tourists, They haven`t entered the country with the work visa we took for them, they have entered on tourist visas, in other words practically they didn`t come to do the show in Peru said the director of KDreams that`s why they came on a flight we didn`t know about and stayed at a different hotel he concluded. KDreams also mentioned that Mr Juan from OPPANE (whose role is to be an intermediar and advisor) assured them that the artist is not interested in doing the show, and because he feels mistreated he better not do the show in Peru demonstration that Kdreams doubts it was made by the artist himself, since Park Jung Min really does want to hold the event. From our point of view we believe that the situation warrants that there is an attempting to try manipulate the situation in the favor of different organizations, situation where those who are most affected are these two: the fans who paid for a show and the artist whose image is being damaged and he`s being exposed openly in the streets without security as if he were a trophy to show off.
