Engineering Apprenticeship Information Event - Tuesday 28th January 2014 Are you interested in an Engineering Apprenticeship? You are invited to attend an Engineering Apprenticeship Information Event on Tuesday 28th January at Coleg y Cymoedd Nantgarw campus. This event is aimed at giving teachers and career advisors an insight into the opportunities and career pathways available via an apprenticeship. Several local Engineering employers (FSG, GE Aviation, Axiom, BAMC) who currently recruit apprentices will be present at the event and will be giving an overview of their apprenticeship programmes. There will also be presentations from current apprentices in engineering and from a representative from SEMTA. This event is being run in partnership with Coleg y Cymoedd, Newport and Gwent District Training and SEMTA supported by the Welsh Government. Information regarding free taster sessions - Saturday clubs and summer schools will be disseminated at this event. 3pm-5pm - Event for Careers Advisors, Employers 6pm-8pm - Event for Parents/Guardians and Learners No Booking Necessary
