Facade Design Engineer -2 Must have industry experience from Aluminium Façade system such as doors , windows , curtainwall, cladding, skylight, etc. · Studying, developing and sketch different facade concept as per tender drawing and quotation requirements. · Draft the sketch to Autocad for system designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawing · Prepare also some 3d drawing analysis. Prepares material take-off and production order. · Do site visits, attends clients meeting, and prepares project correspondences. Used different facade system · Experience 3 to 5 years in our field · Experience in curtain walling, glazing works, stainless steel structures / balustrades, canopies, skylights. · Bachelors in engineering – Architecture/ Mechanical/ Civil /similar. · Age maximum 35 years 2. Facade Draftsman. - 2 · Must have industry experience from Aluminium Façade system such as doors , windows , curtainwall, cladding, skylight, etc. · Draft the sketch to Autocad for system designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and installation drawing · Prepare also some 3d drawing analysis. Prepares material take-off and production order. · Excellent in Autocad, · Minimum 4 years experience, · Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree. 3. Estimator / Engineer/ Detailer - 2 · Prepare quotation within 2 weeks from receipt of inquiry · Estimate order for bid stage and should not exceed project budget. · Application of Zamil Standards to design specifications · Design as per costumer requirement · Competitive rates for materials and accessories used all the time; with cushion for market fluctuation · Update regularly on variations on material costing. · Project estimate report send on weekly basis without error and time delay. · Prepare and submit bill of materials and submit on time · Online status of all inquiries to be updated on daily basis. · Submit cost- benefit analysis for each project. · Bachelors degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Architectural) 4. Structural Engineer - 1 · Experience in design of parking / Sun shades, tensile membrane. · Detailing and estimation of shades. · Must be expert in CAD 2D and 3D and other structural application experience will be plus. · Should be able to develop new ideas/ structural concepts and technology. · Must be graduate of Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Masters degree (MEng) in Structural engineering or Civil Engineering · Minimum 3 years’ experience. · Should be able to develop new ideas/ structural concepts and technology as per agreed with customer. · Must possess good personality, result oriented and able to work both independently and within team environment.
