England ; A supremacist that works for BBC radio 1 in London called Scott Mills is giving black people wrong legal advice on air. It tells people that a person can sue themselves. This is rubbish .A person cannot sue themselves. Is it possible for a lawyer to sue his own law firm if it is his alone? No! When training as a lawyer we are taught that one cannot represent a client if there is a conflict of interest. This means that if in your capacity as a lawyer you have a vested personal interest in a case ,then you cannot go ahead to represent a prospective client who intends to sue for that case. Otherwise that would amount to a breach of your professional ethics. For example ,if you own a company or you are a shareholder in that company that a client intends to sue , you cannot represent them . .This is the supremacist that is against our human rights watch. It claims to have immunity from being sued for breach of human rights of blacks simply because of its race. This thing incites whites to hate blacks and abuse them. When we try to tell it that it is abusing the rights of blacks ,it tells us that that there is nothing we can do as we are just black people. It endangers the lives of blacks. It argues that the English law is not for blacks. It also makes mockery of the Kenyan case of the mau mau.This supremacist with the other two namely ;Chris Moyles and Greg James (also of BBC radio 1 ,London) like showing of that they can abuse the human rights of ethnic minority people and nothing can be done to them. Our human rights watch is planning something against these supremacists.Our efforts to fight for the human rights of the oppressed because of skin colour will not stop. ‘But all are equal regardless of their race’
