England have the pleasure of hosting the actual worst team in the world, San Marino, tomorrow. An 8-0 walloping that was administered the last time these nations met a couple of years ago. October treats us to another big round of international football - there’s absolutely loads of the stuff, as in more games to watch then there are currently pop songs about having a massive bottom. The good news is that the home nations take on some real minnows. Thus, theres every chance it’ll rain goals as the likes of the Faroe Isles, San Marino, Estonia and little old Gibraltar face up to the sheer might of our dangerously average football teams in the next week or so. Elsewhere this week we have heaps of darts, live boxing, another crunch match in the Aviva Premiership with Wasps v Bath on Sunday, the Russian Grand Prix as well as the usual smorgasbord of NFL to tuck into on Sunday night. Phew.
