Englargement of Juba: 6 regions instead of 3 Juba, the Federal Member State that was recently recognised by the Federal Government of Somalia needs an enlargement by uniting it with Bakool and Bay. It will be more economically viable, plural and inclusive with the addition of the two regions - Bay, Bakool and Lower Shabelle. In addition, the silent voices (mainly Maay speakers and others) hijacked by Modoobe authority will be heard and democracy will be served better. I hope the government will understand this and these changes should occur in the conferences in Mogadishu and Kismayo.
