Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) is the most important development in the history of surgery and anesthesia in the last 15 years. Simply it means that patients who are subjected to surgery get back to normal a lot quicker. Reducing the length of stay in hospitals, thus reducing the overall cost, in the mean time improving the quality of healthcare and the patients experience. We are establishing the Pan Arab & Middle East ERAS Society which is a chapter of the International ERAS Society. All interested Anesthesiologists, General Surgeons, Laporoscopic Surgeons, Bariatric Surgeons, Colo-rectal Surgeons, Oncological Surgeons, Urologists, Gynecologists, Critical Care Medicine Specialists, and Nutritionists are all welcome to join this Society, and to come to Dubai to attend this great conference.
