The City of Perham and the Perham Area Public Library is accepting applications for the position of Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours per week) Library/Children’s Activities Assistant. This position coordinates all children’s programs and activities and performs a variety of duties including helping the public with information requests, and working with the library collection. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, related work experience in creating and implementing fun activities for all ages of children, and experience with customer relations and various computer applications. Work experience in a library and library automated systems is preferred. Working hours will include one evening (8:00 p.m.) per week and every other Saturday. Starting wage is $9.00.
