Enjoy this glowing report from a recent customer in Hawaii: Our Vacation condo was perfect in every way EXCEPT for the noisy road outside the bedroom window which was made of glass and wooden louvers. The condo association would not allow any changes to the exterior so there seemed no solution to the disturbing sounds of loud motorcycles, garbage trucks, loud braking noises from buses, some very loud neighbors, and the nearby elevator dinging all night long. We had in several local contractors looking for a solution, but no one could offer us any solutions at ANY PRICE! You bought it, now you have to live with it. seemed to be our reality! But THEN WE FOUND Soundproof Windows, Inc. online! We were skeptical but now have the ONLY unit in our whole complex that has the luxury of peaceful sleep. Working with Soundproof Windows was a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Jim, was very helpful and patient with our many questions! They were able to ship our window to Hawaii, which in itself was something other companies could or would not do. Construction of the window and the shipping were extremely fast. The product installation was straight forward. Our local installer was very skeptical when he saw our project, but was delighted and enthusiastic after he saw the finished product. His comment was AMAZING! Our on-site manager who has lived in the complex for over thirty years was STUNNED and couldnt believe how good the unit looked and how efficient it was in keeping out the noise. My daughter is now planning to get a window unit for her condo in Chicago which has poorly-fitting windows from the 60s. Again, there seemed to be NO SOLUTION, but here it is! L. and C.
