Enjoy your body and use it every way you can, dont be afraid of it, its the greatest instrument youll ever own - stretch! I always keep my body in shape and if I constantly do, I feel like I will be young forever. It’s easily done. Start by taking 10-15 minutes to stretch every day. While Im in training camp my physiotherapist Aldo helps me as part of my fight preparation, but I dont really need a coach by my side and when I’m not in camp I do it on my own and so can you.
