Taught Stephanie (10) how to make hot, buttered rice tossed into curried ground beef yesterday. Today, I will teach Kayla (8) how to make spinach rice. I will teach Stephanie how to bake Eskimo pies (cheese centered meat in a thick coat of masked potatoes, baked til crisp outside the igloo and piping hot inside. Yesterday, both decorated tempered, personalized glassware to take back to Charleston. (Tempered glass is used for both hot and cold drinks). Its been a great week.
