Enjoying an afternoon to myself. I spent a gift card given to me at Christmas time, and went to Barnes and Noble to buy a Francine Rivers novel to read on an upcoming vacation. I decided to go to an Irish pub across the street to enjoy a dinner and get a head start on my book. As I sit here outside, reading while I wait for my food to come I became aware of the many people around me. I hear then sharing and laughing with their dinner companions, enjoying life and relationships, and I think to myself "I really love people!" I know we are all pretty screwed up in our own ways, but I understand why God loves us so much! I love us too :-)
