Enough fun today. Now its time to offend some people. Some who are on the verge of being blocked from my timeline. Last night I did some research on the holy Roman inquisitions. They started in France( when the Pope whoever was in exile) remember the Knights Templar? Then onto Rome primarily to mete out justice to heretics. You know people that didnt walk the line of mans laws, and had strange theories that the world was round, or wasnt the center of the universe(see Galileo). Being a heretic was not good for ones health. Then under that wonderful human being King Ferdinand and his woman Isabella. Turned their attention to Jews, many that were successful not only in their court, and government. Many Spanish Jews were very successful in business, and were in competition to loyal Spanish Christians. They couldnt have that, so the inquisition started, convert, die, or if lucky escape. Once the the business playing field was attained for those Christians The Spanish inquisition turned its attention on the rest of the Jewish population. Convert or die! Those who converted were then cast out to New Spain. There a butcherous inquisitor kept up the pressure, and of course executions
