Enquirer - Cincinnati and Kentucky: If you had a conviction under the City of Cincinnati ordinance that was changed Oct. 29, you may be able to get it erased from your record. The Hamilton County Public Defenders Office is offering a 1-4 p.m. Wednesday clinic at its Downtown offices to help those eligible to have their Cincinnati marijuana convictions expunged after the city changed its law. After that change, the citys law makes possessing less than 100 grams of pot.
