Entertainer friends, I need your advice. Weve been using the Square dongle to accept credit cards, but I dont like that it doesnt keep the email addresses on file when I send a receipt. (I dont use this for the mailing list - I use it to match up payments when I see them in my bank account a couple of days later.) Also, I had to process a return when a customer accidentally used the wrong credit card, and the return email receipt to the customer looked too much like a charge. I spent way too much time reassuring the customer that things were okay with her account. What do you guys use and why do you like it? I ordered some Paypal dongles since we already use Paypal with Manager Sal, but before I start using yet another new one, Id like to find out what youre using. Thanks for your help! :)
