Entrepreneurship thrives in an environment of collaboration and independence and is stifled when the attitude is that there is only ONE WAY to become successful. In fact, your ability to sponsor entrepreneurs is greatly diminished when people are told what to do, how to do it and who they can or cannot associate with. nearly all of the most successful leaders today would never even joined if they knew that they could not run their business as they desire and be supported as much. When leaders tell other potential leaders that they have a system and these are the rules, it creates the exact environment that person is trying to escape, that of a BOSS and EMPLOYEE. Your job as an upline leader is simple. Be a guide, a mentor and a coach. Support individuality , creativity, fun and the right of that new Distributor to be the CEO of their own company. If you want to suggest a simple duplication model as a guideline... great. But it may or may not be for that specific leader. Mediocre minds usually dismiss anything which reaches beyond their own understanding . because only mediocre mind would create an environment that limits yours independence.
