Environment Assurance & Reporting Engineer Atyrau, O&G Requirements: -3 years of experience in environmental activity in a related industry or state regulatory agency. -Experience in environmental regulation and working with state regulatory authorities. -BSc in an Engineering of related scientific discipline. -Knowledge of licensing and permitting procedures within the RoK -Computer literate on Microsoft programmes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, GIS, Performance Monitoring and knowledge on recording data and documentation -Ability to work with minimum supervision -Ability to work in an multicultural, multinational team -Excellent presentation skills -Russian and English languages, both writing and speaking Responsibilities: -Environmental Reporting & Monitoring Forms compliant with Authorities requirements. -Environmental reports and approval process. -EPP Forms for preparation and implementation reporting. -Environmental financial issues including Nature use fees payments. -Calculations of emissions reports as per standards -Capturing Environmental Data and formatting as reporting requirements -Services provider Scope of Works (tendering process). -Technical Assessment of bids. -Review of Contractors payment requests/invoices.
