Environmental Services Supervisor This full time salaried position manages all aspects maintenance and housekeeping for agency property, including but not limited to, buildings, grounds, and vehicles and provides supervision to department team members. • Design, implement and follow preventive maintenance program for all agency property. • Complete regularly scheduled property inspections, including but not limited to, buildings, grounds, and vehicles to assess maintenance and/or housekeeping issues. • Complete work orders with high priority to risk management and safety issues. • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and other providers in assessing and/or reporting maintenance issues and requesting services. • Complete, assign, and ensure the completion of special projects, including but not limited to, office set up, unloading trucks, painting, landscaping, mowing, and snow removal. • Maintain files on owner manuals, schematics, and other departmental information and references. • Provide leadership in maintaining maintenance and housekeeping supplies. • Maintain locks and security equipment. • Provide leadership in securing bids for contract work, identifying needs/specifications and making recommendations. • Purchase all tools and materials for maintenance for department. • Conduct and record emergency drill procedures. • Participate in interviewing and selection process of team members for the department. • Provide leadership in all aspects of managing team members Minimum Qualifications: Position requires: • High school diploma or equivalent; prefer certification and/or training • Valid driver license and proof of insurance (liability limits of 100,000/300,000/50,000); truck preferred • Positive work references to support no less than three years of experience in same or similar position • Supervisory experience • Ability to work flexible scheduling • Self-directed individual who can work with minimal supervision • Basic set of tools • Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electric and use of power tools To apply, submit resume to Tara Harpold by August 26, 2014 EOE Able/Disabled Drug testing Employer Transitional Living, Inc.
