Ephesians 1:2 – 9 (Heavenly places in Christ Jesus) Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the Will of God, To the saints in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus: (2) Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (3) Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. (4) For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love (5) He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will – (6) To the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace (8) that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. (9) and He made know to us the mystery of His Will according to His good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, (10) to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment – to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under on head, even Christ. (11) In Him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will, (12) in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of His glory. (13) And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, (14) who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession – to the praise of His glory. John 6:53 (Jesus was explaining the importance of communion – we are identifying with Christ) (43)”Stop grumbling among yourselves,” Jesus answered, (44) “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.” (45) “It is written in the Prophets: they will all be taught by God. Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from Him comes to me.” (46) “No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only He has seen the Father.” (47) “I tell you the truth, he who believes has everlasting life.” (48) “I am the bread of life.” (49) “Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died.” (50) “but here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die.” (51) “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (52) Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us His flesh to eat?” (53) Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.” (54) “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. “ (55) “For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.” (56) “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.” (57) “Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.” (58) “This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.”
