Ephesians 4:11 Christ is the one who puts people in leadership positions, the bible says that and He (Christ) gave......When Christ gives you a title, an anointing, a leadership role, why do you have to sit down and feel like someone else has to tell you what to do. You have the witness in your heart that Christ has called you into that position and may be through the laying of hands of elders as was the case of Timothy it was confirmed, It is time to arise and move on. Sometimes you are a under a father who will never allow the will of God to be done in your life. Do not leave in rebellion but go as the Lord will lead and direct you.
