Ephesians 5:23-25 23 For the husband is the head of the wife even - TopicsExpress

Ephesians 5:23-25 23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands. 25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. My beloved family, Christ says in verse 23 that the husband is the head of the wife that means that he is the head of the house and is supposed to provide for the home and that means mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. And wives in verse 24 Christ is saying that as a wife you are supposed to be there for your husband to have his back and to take care of the home and all of his mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs, that is what submit means, it does not mean that he is supposed to treat you like a slave and give you orders instead of love but a wife is supposed to be respectful and treated with the utmost respect. In verse 25 God says that a husband should love his wife just as Christ loved the church, so if you love your wife you are supposed to love her as much Jesus loves her meaning to die for her. When you married you come together as one with the blessings of God and covering of Jesus blood and you respect the marriage as Christ respects you. So when the worse happens or times are bad it does not mean turn your head and run from each other but together as one with the One who sealed it with His blood so that you can make it through. If you think you fell out of love then maybe you should go back to the reason why you fell in love in the first place, I pray that you never throw it all away because either one is unwilling to do all it takes to make it work, remember love endures all, hopes all and believes all things are possible. Amen God I Pray For All Those Who Are Married, Getting Married Or Thinking About Marriage, That They/We Go Into This Marriage With God At The Head At All Times. I Pray That They/We Never Give Up When Times Get Rough And I Pray That They/We Don’t Allow The Enemy To Come In And Destroy Your/Our Relationship (that means not allowing people, places, attitudes or things) Because satan Comes Only To Kill, Steal, And Destroy And He Starts In The Family, So I Pray That We All Remember That We Are A Family With Christ And He Will Help Us Through It All. May You God Bless All Those That In Marriage, Getting Married Or Thinking About It, May Your Love, Grace And Mercy Be With Them/Us In The Name Of Jesus Amen.
