Epic fail in the customer service department, Foot Locker! When a customer orders from a store and is told that the item is available, you should be sure the item will actually be available and shipped! And then, to top off this amazing experience, I am told that I get to drive 3 hours back to the store in order to get my refund (6 hours round trip) or wait 10 business days to have a check mailed to me. I am told that the store system doesnt interface with the warehouse system. Bad business, Foot Locker. Never again, never again. You have lost my business.
