Epic round 2... Brought extra ionix and E plus shots today. Had my isalean whey shake as I ran out the door. Drinking some yogi iced ginger tea and lemon. Brought bars and clean snacks. Yesterday was my first not so clean eating day in a while. Made not such good food choices that were out in our go live support break room. The high stress enviornment was contageous and I caved. You really never know how good you feel until you eat clean fot a while. Dump the sugar, artificial sweetners, excessive simple carbs, and other crap... body functions the way it was meant to function. Energetic, better quality sleep, mental clarity, ability to respond better to stress..etc. The sugar cycle is vicious. Total reverse effect. Less tolerance for high stress, aggivation, headaches, moody, the crash, then the headache again. Cycle broken. Back on track today. #fuelforlife #EpicFuel #warriorOn
