Epiphany By james a. galgano One more day were it only like just any other tomorrow Than this arising epiphany that overwhelms this time we borrow And fills it with purpose beyond all past lives lived in between Every tear and laughter shed freely upon the path now chosen By mere happenstance that would have gone unnoticed without second glance Except for the mere quark in time that fell like a domino upon dotted line Where without second thought one was found to be by mere circumstance By mere proximity stirred within once lost soul remarkably by design To redirect each thought and emotion toward some distending light Leading or maybe dragging by tooth and nail each burgeoning emotion As if arousing every heart felt devotion prevailed upon to now secure What one determines to be the true path to follow in the name that all is pure And beyond mere conjecture or after thought where this now chosen path may lead Once one has surrendered ones self to all these devices beyond ones control so easily Comes a sense of true worth in the path one has been chosen to follow in perpetuity
