Epiphany: Use child soldiers to wage our wars. They will be unquestioning in the orders they receive. It will force politicians to rethink every time they want to just throw America into unnecessary military actions since dead children make bad press. It keeps young hooligans in check since their legal guardians can ship them off if they see it fit. Schools will be able to have smaller class sizes. Burdened parents can find financial escape in this program. Oh, your concerns about the psychological damage this will have is irrelevant. They will most likely all die after a few tours. Well, what do you guys think of my imitation of "A Modest Proposal?"
