Equal employment opportunity for a potential political career anyone? After all....with all this the shoulder tapping, fancy exclusive dinner parties, non democratic selection processes, nepotism, non transparent elections, stacked voting, rigged processes, parliamentary fundraisers, aunties nominating nephews, father-in-laws nominating son-in-laws, chinese whispers, backroom deals, political looters, ideological extremists, direct IOU donations, tea partiers..... Maybe it is refreshing to have a traditional way of applying for a job... the old way and see if you get shortlisted for an interview....at least that way those who apply within should come skilled, non-bias, experienced and more importantly the process is democratic. Just sayn.
