Equity Trader - Treasury and Capital Markets Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Description Job summary: •Responsible for Saudi Arabia listed equity trading, managing trade execution across banks and brokers. Job Duties: •Execute trade orders from the investment team primarily in Saudi Arabia •Monitor and check outstanding orders, make sure correct trading details and execution; monitor portfolio positions and market movement, update to investment team when necessary •Assist investment manager to review the information obtained regarding macro, sector and stock selection themes •Work with the Middle Office team on trading related issues, as well as external brokerage and investment professionals •Key role interactions: (includes communications with parties inside and outside the company) Local and international brokers, place trade orders, follow up and ensure timely, accurate execution. Desired Profile •Degree holder or above, with at least 7-8 years of equity trading-related experience locally •SAMA authorised •Have specific relevant experience in the asset management or brokerage industry •Have specific experience in handling trades within the Saudi Arabian market •Good understanding of regional and international equity markets; •Working knowledge of international derivatives and futures •Have a strong network of contacts within banks and brokers within Saudi Arabia Key Skills •Strong PC skills, proficient in Bloomberg trading system •Mature, analytical mind and able to work under pressure •Good command of English, Arabic.
