Er Rashid threatens agitation against settlement of West Pakistan refugees Manzoor-ul-Hassan Srinagar: Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) president and MLA Langate Er Rashid threatened valley-wide agitation over government of India’s proposed move to grant incentives and citizenship rights to West Pakistan refugees. He warned BJP government of dire consequences if such “anti-Kashmir” moves are carried ahead. Er Rashid appealed secular parties of J&K to join hands against “communal” BJP. “All the parties mainstream as well as separatists should come together against BJP for benefiting the people,” he said.
