Eri enjoyed his first ride in wnecs outdoor ring today (and was soft, supple, and obedient in the indoor too:). Big thanks to friend, neighbor, and racetrack rider Jamey Johnson for giving our new big Belgian cross boy such gentle, expert first rides:) We have learned that Eri is not fond of stall gates, and thinks they are for butting, bending, jumping, or knashing with his teeth, or just unhooking. Hence, Eri will not have a stall guard or gate!! Sleeps like a baby with the door closed.
